Rental Rates

A 50% deposit is required for all rental bookings plus cleaning fee when booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to booked date. If the rental is canceled for any reason the deposit is Non-Refundable. If you are booking a rental date within the next 30 days, the full payment of the rental fee, and cleaning fee are required when booking.

Cleaning Fee $175

An Event Liability Insurance Policy is required for all Events serving alcohol.

Early access will be permitted 1 hour for Setup.

2 Hour Min Rental $70 per hour

Non-Base Rate for Flex Space (Meetings)
