Stellari Venues Rules

Respect the Space: Treat the building as if it were your own home. Respect the furniture, appliances, and all other amenities provided. You can bring any furniture, table, and chairs to customize your event.

Walls/Doors/Windows: Items or decorations can be attached to the interior or exterior walls, doors, and windows, if you use wall-safe tape. It is recommends the use of Wall-Safe Tape, Tack Tape, Craft Wire, 3M Hooks, or Velcro to prevent any damage, or to prevent any additional cost.

Number of Guests: For indoor & outdoor events Maximum capacity 50 guests. Note: If your event has more than 50 attendees, we are not the right venue for you. We do not accept gatherings of more than 50 attendees and we are very strict with this rule.

Food is Allowed:
There is a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, tables, sink and microwave to warm up food. We don't allow cooking on the premises.
Outside food/catering is allowed You can bring in your own caterer. Bring everything that you will need, if you serve food.

Music is allowed: LIVE MUSIC/DJs

No Smoking Allowed: This is a smoke-free facility. We do not allow anyone to smoke tobacco products on the premises.

No Pets Allowed: No pets of any kind are allowed on premises.

Cleanliness: The property is professionally cleaned between bookings, but we ask that you clean up any spills, sweep, and put tables and chairs back in place. Keep the unit clean and tidy. Any messes should be cleaned up immediately to prevent any potential damage or staining.

No Resale: The sale of goods, items, or services by guests is not permitted under any circumstances.

Permissible Events: All rental requests undergo a review process and are subject to management's discretion.

Rights of Refusal: Stellari Venues, LLC and its managers reserve the right to refuse any rental request.
